Established in 2015, Hit The Ground Running inspires people with dance and physical theatre performances that challenge and question the perceptions and notions of wellbeing in the modern age. We share real life stories and explore people’s journeys through live theatre dance performances.
Currently in development, Hit The Ground Running Dance Theatre Company presents Suitcases. Working in collaboration with Jon Crispin, a Massachusetts based photographer, this performance is inspired by his upcoming exhibition, ‘The Willard Suitcases.’

Macho, created by Hit The Ground Running Dance Theatre Company, takes inspiration from boys and men who experience the complexities of masculinity in a society where being a man means to not allow yourself to be vulnerable.
