Hit The Ground Running Dance Theatre Company is an innovative dance theatre company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creating dynamic thought-provoking performances and participation programmes.
Established in 2015, Hit The Ground Running inspires people with dance and physical theatre performances that challenge and question the perceptions and notions of wellbeing in the modern age. We share real life stories and explore people’s journeys through live theatre dance performances.
